Jean-Noel Viot joined MOMC – Northwest Cluster as General Manager

We are delighted to confirm the nomination of Jean-Noel VIOT to the MOMC Northwest Cluster General Manager position, effective 19^th of June 2022.

Jean-Noel has a strong experience in Management Contract, Operations and Maintenance activities in Europe (France and Poland) and in KSA (11 years in Marafiq-Saur Joint Venture), as well as major handover projects implementation (takeover of Royal Commission Industrial Area of Yanbu, Raz al Khair, Jazan).

He has an excellent knowledge of international standards, SAUR organization and SAUR tools (O&M tools and OT/IT systems) with a strong relationship, high energy and a real inclination for challenging international assignments with competencies for knowledge transfer. In SAUR since 1984 (38 years relevant experience in O&M).

Results & Performance oriented, with experience of development in various countries. (Designer and Product owner for SAUR France of 6 CPO in order to manage 6,000 FTE Ope./Tech. and 2 in KSA for 1,380 FTE, organization set up in Poland 1,000 FTE.), he has a deep understanding of multicultural projects and specially in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It will bring effective leadership to make this cluster a success and pave the way to the future concession.

Jean-Noel will be based at our Northwest Cluster Headquarter in Medina.

He has my total confidence and can rely on receiving my full support in delivering his missions. I wish him every success in his new role with our partners.
